Processing and Delivery
• All orders include free shipping.
• Delivery takes 7 to 15 working days.
• Delivery times depend on your location and the local courier’s process.
• Shipping methods vary by country and may include DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
• Customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or customs charges.
• We currently offer worldwide shipping and deliver to most countries globally.
Order Cancellation
• You may request cancellation within 5 minutes of placing your order.
• Cancellation approval depends on the processing status at our fulfillment center and applies only to credit card payments.
Returned to Sender
If an item is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:
• A restocking fee of 10 percent in your local currency will apply.
Examples include EUR 10, GBP 10, USD 10, CAD 10, AUD 10, or NZD 10.
• This applies if delivery is refused, the address is incorrect, or the item is returned.
• No refund will be issued if the package is destroyed and not returned to our warehouse.
• If the package is refused or undeliverable after all delivery attempts, up to 50 percent of the purchase price may be charged as a restock or logistics fee.
Delivered but Not Received
Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, responsibility for investigation lies with the shipping carrier.
To proceed with a claim, customers must provide one of the following within 3 business days of notification:
• Official certificate of loss from the courier
• A police report
• Proof of contact with the courier such as email confirmation, case number, or reference number
Once documentation is received, we will submit a claim to the courier on the customer’s behalf.
Please note:
• Once an order has shipped, we no longer have control over the package.
• Responsibility during transit and delivery rests with the courier.
• Claim investigations and resolutions may take 4 to 10 business days, depending on the courier’s process.
We will contact the customer once the claim outcome is finalized to discuss the available resolution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
• If an order is delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the loss.
However, we may offer a reshipment option under the following conditions:
• A reshipment fee applies to cover courier costs
• This applies even if the original order included free shipping
• Reshipment fees typically range from 7 to 15 USD, depending on courier rates
Reshipments will only be processed after:
• Confirmation from the customer
• Successful payment of the applicable reshipment fee
We do not cover replacement, refund, or loss for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Pick Up by Courier
• Customers must track shipments and collect packages from their local post office if required.
• Unclaimed packages may be destroyed, and we are not liable for replacement or refund.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these shipping, delivery, and reshipment terms.
